We provide service just north of Truckee, on highway 89, for the Prosser Lakeview Estates and Prosser Woods Subdivisions. 

what equipment do you use

We use small municipal sidewalk tractors with purpose built snowblower attachments that are designed to handle the heavy snow of the sierras. These machines are highly maneuverable and prevent undue wear on the driving surface. 

We provide snow removal for residential driveways in the Prosser Lakeview Estates and Prosser Woods subdivisions. Service starts Nov 1st and ends May 1st. If it snows in that time and accumulates 4 inches or more we'll come out and take care of it.
